Kering names Bottega Veneta's Bellettini as Saint Laurent CEO Jul 2nd 2013, 12:25 PARIS (Reuters) - Kering has appointed Francesca Bellettini as chief executive of its Saint Laurent business, replacing Paul Deneve, the French luxury group said on Tuesday.
