Deputy handcuffs 12-year-old female student at Orange middle school May 3rd 2013, 15:41 A school-based deputy handcuffed a 12-year-old middle schooler accused of stealing a cell phone last week. According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the deputy at Westridge Middle handcuffed the student April 24 after she "started giving contradictory statements."
